Here’s the plan to keep you safe and healthy…
Step 1: Arrive healthy by practicing good, personal hygiene in the days and weeks leading up to your trip.
Step 2: Travelers will be screened prior to departure and symptomatic participants will not be allowed to travel.
Step 3: Buses will be loaded from back to front and unloaded from front to back to limit unnecessary interactions.
Step 4: Orange Sky Handlers will administer hand sanitizer to each traveler while entering and exiting the bus.
Step 5: Bus drivers and Handlers will help keep the bus clean and promote healthy habits throughout the trip.
Step 6: Group leaders will determine if face coverings are recommended or required. Don’t worry…
Step 7: We will stop more often than usual to use the restroom and enjoy fresh air. Speaking of air…
Step 8: Our motorcoach partners are going to great lengths to make sure their buses are circulating clean air and are sanitized often.
Step 9: We’re working with all of our vendors to ensure space is available for social distancing and outdoor activities are maximized.
Step 10: Handlers will utilize group texting, electronic systems, and promote social distancing throughout the trip.
