Planning a field trip is hard work. There are SO many details and hours of labor that go into providing fun experiences for students on school-sponsored trips. Traveling with a big group of 4th graders is no small task, but they made it feel easy. Everything was organized, ran smoothly, and they kept the kids engaged the whole time. They were so patient and kind with our students, and that really stood out to me.
It was also all the little things—great communication, being flexible when needed, and just having a positive, helpful attitude the entire trip. As a teacher, that meant I could actually enjoy the experience instead of constantly stressing.
