We'll spend about 15-20 minutes learning about your group.
We'll discuss details like:

This isn't a sales presentation.

Typical timeline: Same day or within a few days of your inquiry.
After our Discovery Call, we often send you sample itineraries based on your group's interests and educational goals.
This is a great time to explore destinations, compare different attractions, and discover ideas you may not have considered.
You can also browse our destination pages or ask Sherbie for recommendations, destination ideas, or answers to your planning questions.
The more inspiration you gather, the better we can customize your trip.
Within 3–7 business days, we'll prepare a personalized proposal designed specifically for your group.
Each proposal includes:
- A custom day-by-day itinerary
- One clear, transparent price per traveler
- Detailed inclusions
- An affordable payment schedule
Need to make changes?
That's completely normal.
We'll continue refining your proposal until it feels just right.
Once you're happy with your proposal, simply review the details and sign electronically.
Signing allows us to begin securing hotels, transportation, attractions, and other reservations before availability changes.

Once signed, your trip officially becomes part of the Orange Sky family as we book vendors on your behalf.
