I love to travel. I think I’m up to 10 international countries now, including a couple in Europe, one in Africa and the Caribbean.

Protein bars, beef jerky - try to do lower carb options.

+ What's something you enjoy doing when you're not traveling, like a hobby or favorite way to spend a day off?

Ummmm…travel? Spend time with my family. ❤️
