We are a growing company with growing needs. Growth, however, has never been what drives us…we want to be a company known for and by our relationships. Our mission is to partner with educational and other group leaders to provide incredible travel experiences that remove additional work and allow them to greater impact their travelers. Our travel team members known as “Handlers” are the primary way we accomplish this goal during our trips.
Our Handlers exemplify the following characteristics: High Character, Servant Leader, Relationally-Minded, Detail Oriented, Problem Solver, and a Flexible Schedule. Our team consists of staff members, retired men and women, business owners, trustworthy gap-year students, stay at home moms, and more! Team members choose the dates they are available to travel and are well-compensated with all travel expenses paid.
